This is Post Office Registered mail. This is a fully tracked postal solution.< You will recieve a confirmation email when the package is posted with a link to track your package on its journey to your door.
This is a fully trackable courier service. It is the fastest delivery method and can take as little as 3 days. Use it if you want your item to arrive within a few days. Your parcel tracking reference number (Waybill number) and tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is accepted by DHL. For order placed late Friday afternoon and during the weekend will be available on Monday/Tuesday.
A signature is required with this delivery option. If you are not in when the couriers first try to deliver they will leave a card and then take your order back and then attempt to delivery two more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Please note that we have no control over additional fees that Customs Officials in your country may impose. It may be a good idea to contact your local Customs Office to enquire about the legality of importing the desired product into your country before you place an order on this website. Therefore, please note that ZimSeller prices, shipping and handling charges do not include any custom duties or taxes that may be incurred or charged on international orders. These charges are beyond the control of ZimSeller and need to be paid by the customer.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Occasionally customers have reported that DHL in their country has asked them to pay additional delivery charges, claiming that ZimSeller was undercharged. Again, please note that ZimSeller has no control over this additional fee. Neither do we have control over any Customs Duty that may be imposed on the parcel.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. We usually declare the parcel as a Gift hoping that the parcel will be treated as customs duty exempt.
If you refuse a shipment from ZimSeller, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ZimSeller. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
All prices listed on our site are in South African Rands, and charged in ZAR. YOu may shop in any currency of your choice but payment will be processed in ZAR. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at ZimSeller you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to ZimSeller . This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
